Design Notes
The initial start codon in ndoA is "TTG". You may consider changing or adding other start codons to get possible higher expression. For example, XJTU-China added another "ATG" before the initial sequence of ndoA in part: BBa_K3331005.
If you aim to test whether ndoA functions as normal in your chassis, be sure to use an inducible promoter that has little basal level expression, otherwise the bacteria may be all killed before adding any inducer.
